Access Western Mass Newspapers: The generosity of several Western Mass libraries and organizations has resulted in the following 10 Western newspapers from NewsBank being available to all libraries and users through the 4 Western counties: The Advocate, Amherst Bulletin, Berkshire Eagle, The, Daily Hampshire Gazette, North Adams Transcript, The Recorder, The Republican, Springfield Advocate, Springfield Examiner and the Valley Advocate. How to clean and make your computer run better. Upgrading your computer hardware to make it run faster. Can your computer be upgraded if it has Windows XP and how? Help with selecting a new computer. Getting your pictures from your camera or phone on to the computer. Downloading ebooks from the Library’s catalog to your eReader. The Ultimate Game – High Energy Family Fun Frenzy – with Adventure In/Adventure Out! An event like no other. A life-size game board laid out on a field is the setting of this activity. Roll giant dice and follow the multi-colored trail around the board with your team as you race to score as many points as possible within the time frame. Land on one of four colors throughout the board and travel to the associated station to complete your team challenge. Stations include: Phone a Friend, Trivia, Puzzles & Riddles, and Team Challenges. The best part - facing off with another team to show off your team spirit and skill! Great for all ages, this takes gaming to an entirely different level! Brought to you by the Friends of the M.N. Spear Memorial Library.
